This potent session takes place in Full Spectrum's 48-unit Energy Enhancement System. A cutting-edge technology that combines body, mind, spirit and science to support optimal health and well-being. Utilizing scalar waves, light therapy and more, the "EESystem" enhances vitality, boosts immunity, alleviates pain, detoxifies the body, and elevates moods. In and of itself, the EES offers a unique approach to improving overall health and unlocking one's full potential.

Your session begins with a quick overview, instruction on the journey's proper breathing technique and details of what to expect within the journey, followed by gentle movement to connect in with your body. While being held in a sacred space, once the journey is about to begin, you will put on an eye mask and 9D headphones to create a deeply personal & internal experience. The Letting Go & Moving On journey is one of our longest journeys at 83 minutes long. After the journey there will be time for journaling or sharing if you feel so inclined.

IMPORTANT: **Please allow for the rest of your evening to be relaxed and unrushed. Your journey needs time to integrate and you need to take time to be with your thoughts and feelings.

To prepare:

*Avoid heavy meals or caffeine at least 4 hours prior.

*No alcohol at least 24 hours before the session.

*No mind-altering substances at least 72 hours before the session.

*Staying hydrated is always a good idea, but don't over-do it. You don't want to have to use the restroom in the middle of a journey!

*Plan for 2-3 hours of uninterrupted time

--Be prepared to surrender and "go all-in". Every person's journey will be unique, do not place specific expectations upon yourself, let the unconscious layers peel away at their own pace. Spontaneous crying and/or laughing is not uncommon.

What to bring:

*Yoga or Exercise mat

*Towel To Rest Your Head On

*Wear Comfortable Clothing (no jeans or restrictive clothing)

*Journal/Notebook

*Water Bottle

*Blanket If You Want To Feel Cozy During/After The Journey

*Optional Pillow Or Bolster For Under Your Knees

This Breathwork session is NOT for you if:

*You have epilepsy and seizures now or in the past

* You are pregnant or think you may be pregnant

* You are on heavy or serious psychological medications or if you are seeing a doctor for serious psychological challenges

Breathwork sessions may not be right for you if you have/had :

*Cardiovascular problems

*Abnormally high or low blood pressure

*Aneurysms

*Surgery in the last 4 months

*Back issues
