While being held in a sacred space, once the journey is about to begin, you will be invited put on the provided eye mask and headphones to create a deeply personal & internal experience. After the journey there will be time for journaling or sharing if you feel so inclined.
Please allow for the rest of your morning to be relaxed and unrushed. Your journey needs time to integrate and you should take time to be with your thoughts and feelings.

To prepare:
*Avoid heavy meals or caffeine at least an hour prior.
*Staying hydrated is always a good idea, but don't over-do it. You don't want to have to use the restroom in the middle of a journey.

*Set your intentin for your journey. The theme is Cellular Regeneration, but every person's journey will be unique. Your breath is your guide. Do not place specific expectations upon yourself, set your intention, but let the unconscious layers peel away at their own pace.
