Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Accepted Answer

You can transfer your registration through October 25, 2024. After October 25, transfers cannot be processed.

Question 2

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

BlogPaws does not offer refunds on registrations. Until October 25, 2024, you may transfer your ticket to another person. After October 25, you can request to have your ticket honored for the next BlogPaws LIVE event (but those details will not be available yet).

Question 3

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Only if we know why you are using a registration that is not in your name. Please be sure to have proof that the registration you will use is in a different name for a reason.

Question 4

Is the event pet-friendly?

Accepted Answer

The Embassy Suites by Hilton is a pet-friendly hotel, and thus, all events taking place at the hotel are pet friendly. However, eTown Hall, where the REAL Talks event takes place, is not pet-friendly. We will provide more info for those who need a pet sitter option as we get closer to the event.

Question 5

Will the host hotel allow pets other than dogs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, BlogPaws LiVE welcomes pets of all types. In the past, we have had cats, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, mini pigs, birds and even a capybara! If you are bringing a pet other than a cat or dog and want to verify the hotel will accept your pet, please contact events @ blogpaws.com.

Question 6

Do I need anything special to bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attendees will need to have with them or easy access to proof of rabies vaccination (or proof of medical exemption from vaccination). And sign a liability waiver that includes committing to keep your pet on-leash at all times, or in a carrier, if applicable.

Question 7

I have certain food allergies or restrictions. Will I be able to eat at BlogPaws?

Accepted Answer

BlogPaws does its best to take into account allergies and food restriction. Just let us know what your restrictions are in your registration, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Question 8

Will there be a room block?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will share a room block for registered attendees by the week of July 22. The cost will be $259/night, pet fees are waived. Our room block is first come, first serve. If the room block sells out, we will add a secondary block at a nearby hotel.

Question 9

When should I arrive for BlogPaws LiVE?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving Friday morning or early afternoon to settle in, get registered, and attend the Friday afternoon RSVP session and welcome reception. Please stay tuned for further schedule details! Everything is subject to change.

Question 10

What meals does BlogPaws provide?

Accepted Answer

We provide the following meals/food (subject to change):
Friday: the welcome reception will have hors d'oeuvres starting at 7:00pm
Saturday: Light breakfast snacks, full lunch, and afternoon snack break with beverage service available all day
Saturday REAL Talks VIPs only: After party hors d'oeuvres

Question 11

What airport should I fly into?

Accepted Answer

Denver International Airport is the main airport. It is about a 40-minute drive to the host hotel via E-470, which is a toll road. You can also take US-36, which is about a 50-minute drive. Uber/Lyft are available from the airport.
