9 to 1 | 2025 Integration, 2026 Imagined

We will not be setting any New Year's resolutions at this gathering.

We will:

1. Create space for you to ground, reflect, and integrate this 'WTF' year,
2. Engage in rituals that release (or at least loosen) what no longer serves,
3. Witness each other as we are,
4. Name intentions, words, or feelings that we want to bring into the new year.

We'll look at 2025 and 2026 through 3 lenses: curiosity for what was, consciousness of what is, and courage for what imagination makes possible.

We'll do it with:

1. Guided meditation,
2. Journal prompts and processing,
3. Facilitated conversation and expression.
