1). LanguageEnglish is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.2). Submission Type*Abstract submission for presentation only without publication. (Template Download)*Full paper submission for both presentation and publication. (MS Word Template) (LaTeX Template)3). Paper LengthEach full paper should be no less than4 full pages in two columns, including all figures, tables, and references. When itexceeds 6 pages, extra page will be charged at 60 USD / 400 RMB per page.4). Papers submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experiments or theories and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
