October 18, 2025 - Call time (day of show) for Designers is 10:00 AM to fit and prepare models if fittings are needed.

October 18, 2025 - Call time for Hair and Makeup is 9:00 AM.

October 18, 2025 - Call time (day of show) for Vendors is 10:00 AM. Table assignments based on the order in which you registered/paid for your table. No exceptions.

October 18, 2025 - Call time (day of show) for Media/Photographer is 12:30 PM so that you may be escorted to the media box.
