Get Unstuck: 8-week women’s strength class to lift, sweat & connect. Build strength, confidence & community this winter. Mon-Wed, 7-8pm.

Get Unstuck is an 8-week small group strength and conditioning class designed specifically for women in midlife who are ready to feel strong, confident, and connected again.

Join us Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7–8pm for a motivating mix of strength training, conditioning, and community. You’ll learn how to lift weights safely and effectively, build balanced strength through your whole body, and boost your energy through the dark winter months — all in a fun, welcoming environment with women who get it.

This isn’t a bootcamp. It’s a reset — a space to move your body, feel capable again, and rediscover your spark.

Come as you are. Leave stronger and a little more unstuck.
