7th Katipunan Conference

The Katipunan Conference is an annual platform that convenes scholars, policy thinkers, and practitioners to explore the Philippines’ evolving strategic landscape. Since its inception in 2015, it has proven to be a strong platform which fosters intellectual exchanges toward strategic approach to national security.

This year, the 7th iteration of the conference will be having the theme, “Philippine Strategic Outlook 2025: National Security and Economic Resilience in a Changing Global Order.” This would lock in on how the current geopolitical shifts’ impacts to national security and economy, especially that the world is currently experiencing a transitional period where the international orders rise and fall. The roles of the academe in international studies and international relations are substantial on how we could expand our perspectives on these pressing issues.
