Please join us and have your Department/Office/Organization host a Trunk at CWI's Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 5-7 PM in the NCAB parking lot!

ASCWI's annual Trunk or Treat event invites CWI departments, offices, and student organizations/clubs to join us by hosting a trunk! This is a great opportunity to connect with students and their families. Decorations and candy will be available for participants to use. Supplies are limited and a first-come, first-serve basis. All trunk hosts are welcome to bring their own appropriate decorations and supplies if they choose, but they will not be reimbursed! There will be enough candy for everyone.

When:

• Located at the Nampa Campus Academic Building (NCAB) Parking Lot on Thursday, October 26th from 5-7pm

Details:

The event will start at 5 PM and go until 7 PM. Your trunk must be able to be there for the entirety of the event. Leaving early is not allowed due to safety concerns.
Decorate a car trunk or a provided table to pass out candy from. Set up will be from 4:00-5pm and take down will be from 7-7:30pm. Feel free to bring candy and decorations, but there will also be supplies available.
For those utilizing a trunk, vehicles must be in place between 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Arrivals after 4:30 PM will instead be provided a table and chairs to decorate and make a scary booth.
Organizations will have the option to decorate a car or table and will have the ability to indicate during the reservation process.
Family members and costumes are welcome and encouraged.
