April 2021:  72 Hour Shootout Filmmaking How-To Panel Discussion

Join veteran 72 Hour Shootout filmmakers and coordinator Shing Chung to learn how to make a film quickly and safely.  Free for Shootout registrants. To register for the Shootout, click here. Once you are registered, you are automatically RSVP'd for all Shootout events between March and June 2021. If you are not registered for the Shootout, you must RSVP here on Eventbrite.

Join veteran 72 Hour Shootout filmmakers in a candid dialogue, moderated by former Film Lab intern and current coordinator Shing Chung, to learn how to make a film quickly and safely. Shootout filmmaker alums and award winners will share their tips and tricks for making a great film fast and taking home accolades in the Film Lab’s 72 Hour Shootout filmmaking competition, including how to use the competition as a launching pad to take your career to the next level. Filmmakers will include Chris Caccioppoli, Dom Huyh, Edrian Pangilinan, Lava Buckley, Nicholas Leung, and more.

Following the YouTube presentation, we invite you to join us via a private zoom to network with the filmmakers and ask any and all questions you may have. The Zoom link will go out to those who have tickets within 24 hours of the event.
