When flipped upside down, "710" spells "OIL," a term commonly used for concentrated THC products. The 710 Joint Event was created in response to the growing popularity of July 10 as a day for consuming high-potency marijuana oil products, such as dabs, wax, and shatter. With marijuana use increasing and the perception of its safety rising due to legalization efforts Palm Beach County, Broward, Indian River, Martin counties, and South Florida Opioid Alliance have come together to provide education and awareness on the potential risks.
This event will feature expert panelists discussing the effects of marijuana on youth, its impact on health and community safety, and what could happen if legalization expands in Florida. By hosting this discussion, PBCBHC aims to equip parents, guardians, educators, and community members with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions.
Our youth's future is being shaped — with or without our voices. Join the conversation. Register Now by selecting get tickets for this free event.
