Absolutely not. This is not a therapeutic intensive where we dig into the nitty-gritty of the relationship, but instead a psychoeducational intensive. All the personal things can and should remain personal during this intensive.
While you do not have to do any prep work, previous participants have found that reading the book "7 Principles for Making Marriage Work" prior to the workshop helps them come prepared to dig deeper into the concepts discussed during the workshop.
