ALA Reach: Personalizing Professional Learning-On Demand

Arkansas Leadership Academy (ALA) professional learning facilitators explored how to personalize professional learning experiences for yourself, your colleagues, and those whom you lead. We’ll share strategies and examples from the various ALA programs to show how to design your personalized leadership development pathway and to assist others in meeting their professional learning needs.

• To "embrace implications from emerging knowledge to improve student and adult learning and performance” (ALLF 5.4)
