What is your refund policy?

Students may request a full refund (except for the Eventbrite processing fees) until the start date of the class. If you need to drop the class after it has started, we can offer you a credit for a future class.

Are students under the age of 18 allowed?

No, all students must be 18 years of age or older.

Do I have to participate in the student showcase?

No - the showcase is completely optional, but most students find themselves excited about it by the time it happens!

How do I apply for a scholarship?

There is no application process for scholarships. Per our Scholarship Policy we make accessing scholarships as easy as possible - scholarships may be accessed for any reason.

Improv over Zoom? Is it possible?

Absolutely! Highwire Improv has run dozens of classes and workshops online, as well as over 1000 shows! Improv works incredibly well over a digital format.

What technical needs are required?

We recommend a laptop or desktop computer, with the latest (free) version of Zoom installed. Headphones, a comfortable chair, and space to move around are ideal.
