How will Better YOU keep me engaged and accountable? I’ve tried everything and nothing works.

Better YOU isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s a personalized, science-backed program with weekly expert accountability coaching, heart rate-based activity, simple nutrition, and a fun app to motivate you and track your progress. Focus on being consistently good—not perfect—for real, lasting results.

Am I going to be miserable and have to give up all of the food that I love?

Not at all! The challenge is about making consistently good nutrition and wellness choices—about 80–90% of the time—not about perfection! You’ll enjoy a Clean Eating guide and plenty of flexibility so you can still savor your favorite foods while supporting your goals.

It's a personalized approach to activity that helps you train smarter—not harder—by using YOUR heart rate to guide intensity. The Corsync App sets your personal zone goals and tracks your heart rate in real time, helping you stay in the right zone to get the most benefit from every workout!

Will it be time consuming and difficult to follow?

Better YOU is made especially for busy people! You'll learn to make consistently good choices while using simple tools like a Clean Eating list, portion guides, meal planning, and heart rate zone goals—so you can build healthier habits without stress or guesswork.

Can you guarantee that I will achieve my wellness goals?

Accepted Answer

While results can't be guaranteed, Better YOU gives you proven tools, expert coaching, and daily support. Your success depends on your effort—but we’ll be with you every step of the way to help you stay on track towards your wellness goals and get the most out of the journey!

Question 8

What happens after the 6 weeks end? Will I still be able to track my heart rate-based activity?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You’ll have access to the Corsync app for 1 year to track your heart rate and body comp stats. Access to weekly coaching and the app resources end after 6 weeks. You can join extra challenges during the year at discount with full coaching and resources, additional heart rate monitor excluded.
