Do I need to know martial arts?

No. The Rhino Tactical self-defense system is easy for anyone to learn. You do not need any prior training.

Comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.

I am not 100% physically fit, Can I still participate?

Yes, you will learn adaptations for your use. The Bad Guys don't care about your possible limitations. These make you a softer/easier target. Come learn to defend yourself effectively.

Is it OK if I miss a class?

Classes are difficult to make up. We offer one practice session during each academy for make-up. However, if you need to miss more than one class, please sign up for a different academy.

Where are classes held?

Classes are held at THE VILLAGE YOUTH CENTER also home of Spirit TKD and The House of Rogues.

Join us for SIX weeks of self-defense in an academy format. Wednesdays from 6 - 9 p.m. You will graduate from the academy feeling empowered, strong, and more prepared to defend yourself if needed.
