Yes, this is a group designed for Mamas to bring their baby. Please bring whatever you may need to keep your little one comfortable. Your baby may be placed in a stroller, car seat or you can bring a mat or blanket to place baby on.

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself in comfortable clothes, whatever you may need for baby and perhaps a water bottle. We have props for comfort and our exercises, as well as water to refill your bottle and bathrooms are available as well.

Is this group right for me?

Mama, if you are seeking community and want to join - this is for you. Most benefits are seen for mamas between 6wk - 30 wks postpartum.
