What’s included in the 6-Week “Lose 10 Pounds” program?

Six (6) live, 1-hour virtual, live workouts (Saturdays @ 10 AM ET) A 6-week basic meal plan (weekly menus + grocery lists) Access to the coach via email

Are the exercises are to strenuous?

All exercises are designed with modifications. You should make yourself comfortable. However, the exercises are designed to make you "glissen!"

Note:

We encourage you to consult your doctor before entering any or all exercise program.

What equipment, software, and video requirements do I need?

Device: Computer, tablet, or phone with Zoom and a reliable internet connection Equipment: Yoga/exercise mat (or towel), optional light dumbbells or resistance bands On-Camera: We request that you keep your camera on during live sessions, allowing the coach to assess your form and prevent injury.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, your first payment is due on July 11, and the second payment is due on July 25, 2025. Please note that there will be no refunds. Please go to the PayPal App to register.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

There will always be a class. There are no refunds

When are the live sessions scheduled?

All live workouts take place on Saturdays at 10 AM ET on: August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 September 6

When will I receive the link and instructions for the virtual class?

You will receive all instructions, any lists, and links the week prior to the class starting. Any questions.
