About this event

This 6-week series begins Jan. 16, 2023 and runs through Feb. 20, with class each Monday from 6-7:15pm. Your package also includes a BONUS private yoga session.

This series is designed for anyone who wants to build the foundations of a yoga practice.

You'll learn foundational yoga poses, techniques and concepts, and you'll deepen your understanding of yoga. The series includes 6 weekly classes, plus a BONUS private yoga session with me, Allison Erwin.

You'll have the support of a small group, learning together for 6 weeks.

A small group setting allows more individual guidance than a typical group class, and ensures relationship-building and learning from each other. Through this intentionally designed approach, you'll learn how to personalize the yoga practice to work best for you.

My teaching approach is to provide a well-rounded experience that leaves you feeling renewed, inspired and balanced.

Classes will include movement, breath, rest, meditation and even some history and philosophy. My goal is to help you discover the purpose and benefits of yoga, tailored to your unique needs.

Your package includes a BONUS private yoga session, just for you.

Your registration includes a 45min. private yoga session with me. You can use this time to discuss individual questions, to dive deeper or "troubleshoot" any pose or technique, or simply enjoy a class made just for you. This bonus session is a $75 value, included free with your series purchase. We will discuss scheduling in our first group class.

About Allison: Allison Erwin, RYT-500, has been teaching online yoga and in-person yoga in greater Cincinnati since 2016. She is also the designer and lead teacher of the YMCA's STRONG Challenge. A highly experienced and caring teacher, Allison guides her clients to find total wellbeing across body, mind and spirit. She has over 1,000 hours of training including two advanced-level 300 hour yoga teacher certifications. Allison is skillful at teaching beginners and experienced practitioners alike, and loves helping people adapt the yoga practices to work best for their unique needs.
