6 Week Destress Programme
Overview
Join Sammy and iBreathe Community for an in-person transformative 6 week journey delving into the realms of Breathwork. Each week is focused on different breathing modalities and intentions, offering a space to fully equip yourself with tools, techniques and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Weekly Live Sessions
6 in-person sessions (90 minutes) with Sammy, each focusing on different breathing techniques and mindful practices to help you rest, restore and replenish.
- A safe, supportive space with a group of like-minded people.
- Time to practice, reflect, and integrate, even if you’ve never tried Breathwork before.
- Sessions include somatic awareness, emotional health & grounding. Noticing how the body responds, and releases stored tension.
