Join Food Tank and the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation for our annual "All Things Food and Environment" Summit on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in Park City, Utah.
We are planning another extraordinary agenda, alongside luminary speakers, live musical performance, and delicious food and drink curated by celebrity chefs. Due to the incredible demand of past years, we are offering individual tickets for each portion of the day. We can only allow one ticket per person.

Ticket 1. 10:00AM. Delicious light breakfast and coffee curated by celebrity chefs, a special surprise musical guest, and an incredible group of food, entertainment, and policy speakers to be announced soon!
Ticket 2. 12:00PM. Delicious light lunch and coffee curated by celebrity chefs, a special surprise musical guest, and an incredible group of food, entertainment, and policy speakers to be announced soon!
Ticket 3. 3:00PM. Delicious reception and drinks curated by celebrity chefs, followed by the world-premiere screening of the feature documentary FOOD 2050. This sweeping film, narrated and executive produced by Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award winner Viola Davis, spans five continents and eight countries to illuminate the extraordinary activists, scientists, agriculturalists, and entrepreneurs transforming the future of food and our planet. Presented in partnership with Media RED and the Rockefeller Foundation. Ticketing is handled separately via this EventBright Page.
Ticket 4. 6:30PM. Delicious reception and drinks curated by celebrity chefs, alongside Food Tank’s new signature storytelling and live spoken word series, “Honoring Utah’s Farmers – An Evening of Storytelling,” featuring a celebrity MC and live musical performance. This series had its critically acclaimed, first sold-out run at Climate Week NYC at WNYC–NPR Studios in collaboration with the Broadway Green Alliance, featuring ten farmer storytellers and hosted by Oscar nominee Stephanie Hsu. It is already slated for a tour this fall, including the Scene and Heard Festival in Dublin, Ireland (Feb 15); Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia (Feb 20); SXSW in Austin (March 12); and WBUR–NPR in Boston (March 15).
