5K Field Day (Walk/ Run)

Welcome to the 5K Field Day!

Come join us for a day filled with fun and fitness at our exciting 5K Field Day event! All runners and walkers are welcome AND it's free! After the 5k, we will have an area to play fun "field day" games such as egg and spoon race. This is completely voluntary. We will also have local fitness experts to talk to: personal trainer, chiropracter, hormone replacement specialist, and a running specialist. We will also have a meal prep service and coffee shop showing up with their post race offerings.

Remarkable Hospice and Even More Fitness will be hosting and offering up a raffle where all proceeds go to charity. Each $10 donated will get you a ticket that will be tossed in to win prizes such as free personal training sessions, free meals from our meal prep service, etc.
