The holidays have a way of pulling us in every direction. Suddenly it’s all lists, plans, people, and expectations and before you know it, you’re running on fumes and wondering where you went in the middle of it all.

This challenge is your reset button before that happens.

Five days to slow down, breathe, and reconnect to your center so you can move through the holidays grounded, calm, and clear.

As someone who’s spent nearly two decades teaching yoga, Kundalini, and somatic practices, I’ll guide you through the same tools I use to keep my own nervous system steady when life gets loud. You’ll learn five simple, powerful techniques you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed quick practices you can do in your kitchen, your car, or even in line at the store.

Because this isn’t about escaping the chaos it’s about remembering how to stay centered within it.
