4th District Container Village ArtWalk | Gallery Ribbon Cutting Event

A new creative landmark is opening in the heart of West Philadelphia.

On December 21, 2025, the 4th District Container Village invites the community to celebrate the official ribbon cutting and grand opening of its new rotating art gallery and walk-through exhibition in West Philadelphia. Established as an incubator for small businesses and community engagement, the Container Village has evolved into a vibrant hub of commerce, entertainment, and civic life—now expanding its mission through the arts.

Curated by Exhibit A Art Design, a local artist and mental health professional, gallery will feature an incredible showcase of local creatives, artists, and muralists whose work reflects the influence of Philadelphia on their lives, as well as the impact their art has on the city. Each rotation will elevate authentic voices, stories, and visual expressions that capture the cultural heartbeat of Philadelphia.

The Winter 2025 season launches with the theme “Everything Philly,” highlighting original artworks and murals that embody the city’s depth, pride, resilience, and spirit. Visitors will also have the opportunity to purchase prints of featured murals and select original pieces in addition to taking photos with them as soveniers!
