A community event dedicated to holistic well-being. We are thrilled to announce that this year, the Wellness Fest will take place at a new and exciting location: Forest Park in Springfield, Massachusetts, in collaboration with the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department. This partnership brings a fresh wave of energy and opportunity, and we are beyond excited about what we can build together for the greater Springfield community.
On Saturday, August 30th, this event will be open to residents of Springfield and surrounding communities. The day will consist of interactive mental & physical fitness presentations, with special guest presenters, demos, interactive workouts to choose from, vendor stations, resources, raffles, food trucks and giveaways with music all day. Also, a 5K Run/Walk will be held where teams and participants will enjoy.
