This event will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 6pm - 8pm.
The purpose of the Resource Fair is to continue connecting and reminding the residents of the WPBHA, PLD, RPP, SPP, and all surrounding 33407 areas about the various accessible/ FREE services and resources offered by different local organizations and to continue establishing relationships between organizations. The Community Resource Fair will continue to provide individuals, seniors, and families with unique services and resources for a variety of local activities, programs, and resources. All vendors in attendance should showcase their services by providing information on their services to the community at no cost,
All interested vendors should provide information on the FREE services and resources they offer to the community. This event is not for selling purposes, so no sales should be made during the event.
If your organization would like to participate in our Community Resource Fair by having a booth and providing information to residents about the wonderful services you offer, please join us!
DEADLINE: Last day to sign up is June 29, 2025 @ 3pm
There is No Charge to have a vendor booth. Vendor booth location information will be provided at a closer date.
WHAT TO BRING: Each organization must provide its own table/chairs and consider bringing a pop-up tent (no larger than 10x10) to shade you from the sun or in case it rains, or any other item to make you comfortable during the event.
This is a Resource Fair event; all agencies are welcome to provide materials flyer, brochures, to showcase their organization and giveaways, goodies, snacks, light refreshments, etc.) to share with the community. You could do it. (This is not mandatory.)
SET UP: Begins at 5:00pm. You do not need to get here that early, but we ask that you make sure you give yourself enough time so that you are fully set up and ready to go by 6pm.
CANCELLATIONS: Vendors may cancel before JULY 20 , 2025.
PARKING: You will receive an email with parking information.
