Vanessa Russell, Founder and Executive Director, Love Never Fails, a non-profit dedicated to the restoration, education and protection of those involved or at risk of becoming involved in domestic human trafficking. Vanessa believes that the issue of human trafficking can be solved through love expressed in prayer, safe housing, mentoring, job training, outreach, and education.
Sherol Chen, PhD - AI Research Engineer, Social Innovator. Dr. Chen has worked in AI for over a decade. Currently, she is part of Google Research working on building ML models. She's taught AI for Stanford Pre-Collegiate in 6 countries. Additionally, Sherol founded Passion Talks which aims to build the best world by shaping spaces through our passions. She is also a founding member of the Google InterBelief Network and served as an inaugural steering committee member for Christians. Sherol serves on the board of directors for the Monterey Jazz Festival
Ps. Adam Peacock, FeatherVine, Santa Rosa. Adam is founder of FeatherVine, a ministry designed to cultivate expressions of faith and faithfulness in the united church of Sonoma County. That effort has been built upon the sustained work of building prayer and relationship among pastors and local churches in Sonoma County for over 25 years. In 2017, Adam transitioned into his current ministry and helped lead the response to the historic wildfires that destroyed over 5,000 homes in their community. The united outreach efforts have now expanded beyond disaster relief to include significant advances into the local schools, homelessness, and the foster care system.
Brett Bymaster, Healing Grove Health Care Clinic, San Jose. Brett graduated from Purdue University with honors and a BS in electrical and computer engineering. Brett spent 15 years as an analog chip designer for medical equipment in Silicon Valley startups, earning several patents for his novel inventions. Brett then served as the youth pastor at a church in San Jose CA for seven years before becoming the executive director at the Healing Grove Health Center Foundation. Brett has more than 20 years of experience in helping low-income youth and families in urban communities transform their lives through the good news of Jesus. Brett has volunteered at Washington Elementary in the low-income Washington community of Downtown San Jose for the past 14 years. Brett and his wife, Dr. Angela Bymaster, M.D. were a part of the founding team of Healing Grove Health Center in 2020. Brett and Dr. Angie have 4 adopted children, one biological child, and one grandbaby.
