Board Training Series – 4 of 5: The Board’s Role in Board Building & Recruitment. In partnership with the Central Texas Community Foundation, join us for an engaging and practical session focused on how to strengthen your board through intentional recruitment and thoughtful board development. This in-person event will take place in the Professional Learning Building 2 at 507 E. University Ave. Whether you're a seasoned board member, new to the role, or a nonprofit staff member aiming to better understand board dynamics, this session will provide valuable insights and actionable strategies. This training series includes five in-person sessions. Attendees are welcome to register for individual trainings that fit their interests or commit to the full series. Those who complete all five sessions will receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge to showcase their achievement.

Do I need to stop for coffee on the way?

No! Coffee and breakfast will be available upon your arrival.

Where do I park and how do I find the training room?

Park in the large parking lot on North end of campus, proceed up walkway between the buildings and enter Professional Learning - Building 2 doors. The space will be marked for the meeting.
