Event Details

Celebrate National Margarita Day in style.  Join Award-Winning Chef Nico Sanchez of Meso Maya for a 4-course Margarita Dinner on Monday, February 22nd from 6:30p-8:30p.

This private dinner features a 4-course food and Margarita pairing and more!  

The event begins at 6:30pm with a tasting of Meso Maya's award-winning Avocado Margarita along with a demonstration by the restaurant's executive general manager. 

*Seating is limited. Tickets are non-refundable and include all taxes and gratuity. 

Meso Maya offers complimentary valet.


 

Curso 1

CEVICHE DE ATUN 

ahi tuna ceviche with michocoan avocado, cilantro, cucumber, tequila-infused watermelon

& pickled jalepeno 

  (paired with)

CUCUMBER MARGARITA 

fresh-squeezed cucumber & lime juices, simple syrup & blue nectar tequila blanco 

 

Curso 2 

CHICHARRON PRENSADO

compressed niman ranch pork chicharron with wild green tomatillo, pickled red onion, fresh cheese & blue corn tortillas

SERRANO BERRY MARGARITA 

Fresh-muddled strawberry and serrano pepper, Ambhar tequila blanco, with fresh lime juice 

 

Curso 3 

CARNE OXACA 

dry aged prime ribeye & goat cheese relleno with banana leaf wrapped black bean tamal & oxacan cheese sauce

AZUL Y VERDE MARGARITA 
gracias a dios mezcal joven espadin & tequila blanco, cointreu, muddled serrano pepper & cilantro, simple syrup, fresh-squeezed lime & pineapple juices

 

Curso 4 

VERACRUZ COFFEE FLAN 

mexican egg custard with 20 year-aged mocambo rum whipped cream & toasted coconut

El Fenix was founded in 1918 by Mike Martinez, a Mexican immigrant who opened a small restaurant on the corner of Griffin Street and McKinney Avenue in Dallas.
