Due to high demand, come join us for a THIRD fun and informative sourdough class, if you missed the first two! Whether you're a complete newbie or just looking to up your bread game, this workshop will teach you the basics of sourdough baking. Learn how to create and maintain a sourdough starter, mix, shape, and bake your own delicious loaves. The class will be held at the Aledo Fire Department, so mark your calendar!
