Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Due to certain alcoholic beverages being served, you will want to present your ID to show that you are at least 21 years of age or older. If no ID is provided, you will receive the general wristband and will not be able to consume any alcoholic beverages that may be served during the event. The minimum age requirement for admission is 17 years of age.

What's the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. You are able to transfer your purchased ticket to another attendee of your choice. Please email your Registration Information Change to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please provide your printed ticket at the Registration table. Upon successfully purchasing your admission ticket, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a PDF of your ticket. Although there will be a Registration Sheet available, please be sure to provide your printed ticket to avoid any registration hold-up if your name is not listed appropriately on the Registration Sheet.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Your ticket is transferrable, but non-refundable. To update any registration information, please submit your Registration Information Change to email@example.com. You are limited to 1 change per ticket.
Will there be an issue if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No. There have been attendees who have purchased additional tickets for additional parties and have listed the additional tickets under their name. Please be sure to supply the name of the individual who purchased the ticket for you. If you know, in advance, that you will be transferring any tickets to an individual other than the person whose name is on the ticket, please be sure to submit your Registration Information Change to firstname.lastname@example.org.
