3rd Annual Open Enrollment Community Resource Fair (Laurel)

Join us for a family-friendly event featuring local community resources and free in person enrollment assistance.

Come join us on November 29, 2025, for the 3rd Annual Open Enrollment Community Resource Fair (Laurel) in collaboration with the Howard County MultiService Center! This FREE in-person event will be held at the North Laurel Community Center (9411 Whiskey Bottom Rd. Laurel, MD 20723) from 10am - 2pm.

This free event is open to the public. However, we encourage you to register to receive event reminders and to help us estimate attendance.

• Connect with local organizations and community partners who can provide a wide range of FREE resources and information.
• FREE on-site assistance with the Maryland Health Connection application provided by HealthCare Access Maryland.

Maryland Health Connection Application Assistance
If you are interested in accessing the free on-site assistance with the Maryland Health Connection, you'll need:

• Birth dates
• Social Security number or other document number
• Employer and income information
• Citizenship or immigration information
• Information about any job-related health insurance available to you
• Photo ID, if applying in person

By entering a public event or program of HealthCare Access Maryland, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with HealthCare Access Maryland and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
