Exhibitor information regarding booths

Accepted Answer

Each booth includes a 6' rectangular white table. Decorate your space to promote your services, but keep all items within your assigned area and be courteous to neighboring booths. Only primary care providers attend free; all others must purchase an appropriately designated booth.

Payment information

Credit card payment is preferred and can be made via Eventbrite by purchasing a ticket to reserve your booth. To pay by check, contact the event host. All payments are due by Oct 1 for booth assignments and proper event planning. Please provide the name of your organization on your reservation.

Question 3

Arrival, set up, and take down

Arrival, setup, and event times will be posted in the agenda section on Eventbrite. Check back before the event for updates. Exhibitors must keep booths open through the end of the event and should plan to stay until 9 PM.

Question 4

Food and beverages

Each attendee will receive 2 drink tickets for the beer/wine bar—no additional drinks will be sold. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided. This is a standing-room-only event; no full meal will be served.

Inviting your APP or other primary care physicians outside family medicine is at the physician’s discretion. Please ensure all participants register individually for planning. This is a professional networking event, so we respectfully ask that spouses do not attend.
