35th Annual Tree Of Life and Candlelight Service of Remembrance

Our trees will be adorned with ribbons, and this year, we will have special trees recognizing our youngest patients and children from our community.

If you would like to have a ribbon hung on the tree for your loved one, please fill out the form with all the details.

We also invite you to bring a photo of your loved one to display on the memory tables.

Due to construction at our Hadlow Campus in Jacksonville, this will be our only in-person Tree of Life event this year. If you are unable to join us, you can still be part of the experience by visiting TOL.CommunityHospice.com where you will find the link to watch the live stream.
