Registration Policies:

  1. Pre-registration is required. 
  2. Whether attending in-person or via Zoom, general registration is $100 and discounted registration is $50 (Discounted registration is available to government and non-profit employees, students, retirees, and low-income individuals). 
  3. In-person attendance and live webstreaming are free for employees of our Sponsor organizations, but registration is required.
  4. Free in-person registration for Sponsors is limited due to the size of the venue. If you are an employee of one of our Sponsors, please check with your organization before registering for in-person attendance to make sure it hasn't used its allotment of free seats.
  5. If a Sponsor organization has used its free ticket allotment, any additional employees can register at the discounted rate if tickets are still available.
  6. When registering at the free Sponsor rate you MUST use a work email address from one of our Sponsor organizations. See the Sponsor logo page to confirm your organization's Sponsorship.
  7. Registrants for Livestreaming will receive an email with streaming coordinates by noon the day before the Roundtable.
  8. The on-demand video will be available to stream about a week after the Roundtable. Registration information will be posted on our website along with slides, speaker bios and other materials from the event. This will be free for Sponsors and for anyone who paid to attend in person or to livestream. On-demand viewing will cost $50 for everyone else.
  9. Foley Hoag LLP requires all visitors to the building be fully vaccinated and boosted. By registering to attend in-person, you are affirming you are fully vaccinated and fully boosted.

Cancelation policy: 

  1. Tickets are non-transferable between Roundtable events. If you have registered but won't be able to attend, please let us know ASAP so we can allow someone from the waiting list to take your place.
  2. General and discounted registrations can be transfered from in-person to livestreaming by logging in to your Eventbrite account and following the instructions for transferring a ticket type. Free Sponsor registrations cannot be transferred manually. Please contact susan@raabassociates.org if you need to change your Sponsor ticket type.
  3. Normally, refunds are issued up to 72 hours prior to the event. However, if you have registered for this event and have tested positive for COVID-19; are waiting for COVID-19 test results; yhave COVID-19 symptoms; or have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for, or who has symptoms of COVID-19, please cancel your registration without penalty (we will issue a refund).
