Team Mapping Facilitator Training walks participants through the Team Mapping method and the facilitation of Team Mapping. Team mapping can be facilitated in person or virtually using MIRO .
The Team Mapping Facilitator Training workshop series provides training for the LEAD FACILITATOR role in Team Mapping. This workshop will be delivered in two 2.5 hour (Day 1 & 2, 10:00am-12:30 pm) and one 2 hour (Day 3, 10:00am- 12:00pm) virtual workshops facilitated over Zoom and Miro.
After completing the workshop series, participants will be invited to join the Team Mapping Facilitator Community of Practice, where Q&A-focused webinars are delivered approximately every 6 weeks for those who are interested in attending. Participants will also be invited to try out our new ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING TOOL focused on how to work with MIRO to build out maps, and take on the BOARD FACILITATOR role. (This is something that Team Based Care Coaches are also very good at and are available as a resource to support this!)
