💜 “I'm scared to see how out of shape I really am."

💜 “I don't feel like I deserve to be seen."

💜 “I'm not working out enough." or "I need to punish myself for eating."


Sounding familiar? Honestly, those feelings make sense. Because most fitness programs aren't designed specifically for you... it's always pushing someone else’s "perfect" body, someone else’s seemingly unlimited schedule, and someone else’s "perfect" goals. And to make things worse, most of us weren't raised to take care of ourselves - only others.
