✨3 -Day Intensive Mentoring sessions with Bioluminescence in Glen Innes✨
Overview
This program is designed to introduce the video projection mapping process and
transfer a variety of associated skills such as videography, video editing, event
management including risk assessments and learning video projection mapping
software. Young people are involved in all aspects of the production and
management of the project from creating the content, to driving the operational
equipment and acting as audience guides. It has links with science and art
curriculum while delivering vocational skills.
There are two days (Thursday & Friday) to set up the process and then the students will run the event on the Saturday night. The program is completely free for the participants. Lunches are to be provided by the participants although dinner will be provided on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
The Bioluminescence live event will run in Glen Innes at King George Park as part of the GISC’s “Behind Every Window: A Story Told Through Light” project in collaboration with Christmas in the Highland Celebrations, where the location will be lit up with the content made by the young participants on Saturday 29 November 2025 after the workshops that will be held on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 November 2025.
Once your child is registered, you will receive an email requesting media consent and medical details to ensure compliance and participant safety. This information will be shared only with the relevant organising bodies: LM vs ML Consultancy (event organiser), Glen Innes Severn Council (event owner), and Bioluminescence Project program facilitators, solely for compliance and participant safety.
