Join a three-session Trauma-Informed Creative Mindfulness Workshop
We will explore breathwork, cultivate inner awareness, and foster creativity.
Together, we journey to align body and mind, engage in stress management, support wellbeing, and allow emotional catharsis to reveal inner truth.
Each session opens a new layer of presence through:
- Breathwork to align mind and body
- Guided meditation to restore clarity and peace
- Creative reflection through journaling

About Agni Zotis
Agni Zotis is an multi media artist and a trauma informed practictioner. She is the founder of MAY Kids Transform Foundation, empowering youth and educators through Mindfulness, Arts, and Yoga since 2001. She is certified in Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Functional Nutrition, Health and Wellness and from the Trauma Research Foundation. She hosts a podcast, MAY Kids Transform, Educators Edition and writes a monthly wellness colunm. She is based in New York City and teaches globally, bridging ancient wisdom and modern science to contemporary living with her methodology, Creative Mindfulness, where life unfolds as the ultimate masterpiece of our creativity.
