Yes, advance registration is required for this event. To join in-person, please select that ticket when confirming your attendance. Due to limited seating in the Auditorium, we encourage you to book your seat quickly.

Is there parking available onsite?

Paid parking is available onsite at the venue. Once you've parked, please proceed to the machine onsite to confirm your space and ensure no tickets are issued. We recommend arriving early for this process.

Yes, light refreshments will be provided throughout the day, along with lunch.

Can I present a poster during the reception?

Yes, the poster session is open to the public. If you wish to present your poster, please email a short abstract to Sabine Ottilie: sottilie@scripps.edu

Two abstracts will be chosen for a short talk & presentation.
