2nd Annual ART BASEL HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS PROJECT
Overview
Welcome to the 2nd Annual ART BASEL HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS PROJECT! Join us at Quantum on the Bay Condominium (Resident Lounge) on December 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) for an evening dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking. The event is hosted by Barry University's School of Social Work, Tree of Life, and Taking Back the Girls.
Quest2Freedom (Q2F) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting victims of human trafficking through emergency transitional services, crisis response, community training and prevention education. All donations and ticket proceeds from this event directly support Quest2Freedom's mission and survivor-centered programs.
This event brings together art, advocacy and community action. Experience a powerful collection of artwork created by survivors of human trafficking, local Miami artists, national contributors and international artists, including pieces created for the short film we are screening that evening.
We will also feature a special screening of the short film The Seventh Turn, a story exploring coercive control, trauma and reclaiming one's inner truth.
Your presence strengthens a network committed to freedom, justice and healing. Every ticket directly fuels vital resources, education and emergency services for those impacted by human trafficking.
Be part of a transformative evening. Let's come together to support this important cause and make a difference in our community.
Light appetizers and wine will be served.
Guests 21+ may enjoy wine with valid ID.

SPECIAL FILM SCREENING — THE SEVENTH TURN
A centerpiece of the evening will be the exclusive screening of the Academy Award–qualified 20-minute short film The Seventh Turn, written and directed by Eric D. Howell, with producer and story consultant Amy Matthews present.
The film explores coercive control and the journey toward reclaiming one’s inner truth, featuring a soundtrack performed entirely by Amy Lee of Evanescence.
The film will be presented as an immersive art installation, with limited screenings throughout the evening in a small, specially curated viewing room.
