Graton Station is the flagship ReVillage Development project transforming Graton’s historic firehouse into a vibrant, multi-use gathering place — a community-owned “public house” featuring a café, preservatory kitchen, stage, co-work, and seasonal vendor marketplace.

Led by seasoned entrepreneurs and community organizers, the Station combines mission-driven development with investor returns.

Welcome to The Station // Coffee + Community Pop Ups in August

Join us each Saturday in August at 8:30 AM - 10 AM for a morning filled with delicious coffee (by donation) and community revitalization at the Coffee Cart @ Graton Station.

On Saturday August 2 and August 9, learn more about upcoming community investor opportunities and sample free pastries by Graton Station partner, Preservatory.

Start your day off right with a cup of your favorite brew while connecting with the The Station founding team and community to hear more about the *coming soon in 2026* flagship project at the historic Graton fire station.

RSVP required for Aug 2 and Aug 9 community investor pop ups, RSVP greatly appreciated for Aug 16, 23, and 30 coffee + community pop ups.

Am I a community investor?

Accredited and non-accredited investors are welcome Aug 2 and Aug 9 - learn more about investor participation pathways starting at $50,000 for accredited investors and $250 minimum open to all investors. Still curious? Email hello@revillage.earth for a Graton Station investment prospectus 1-pager.

Can I bring my family?

The more the merrier for our open-to-all Saturday pop ups on August 16, 23, and 30. For August 2 and 9 community investor pop ups, the aim is to share more about discrete investor pathways for Graton Station - we welcome you and yours to join in a way that you can be fully present.

Can I bring my dog?

We love pups! Bring them along if they're friendly - it's a mostly outdoor space.
