Gate Admission with Wine Tasting: $30
Gate Regular Admission- Non-Tasting: $20
Tickets may be upgraded to 2-day passes at the festival for $10
Children 12 and under: FREE!

My ticket says Saturday but I want to come on Sunday only.
Tickets are good either day! No worries!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
An ID is required with the Wine Tasting ticket. You must have an ID to obtain a wristband to purchase wine.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of onsite parking. No worries and NO CHARGE! Call ahead 434-946-5168 and give us 1/2 hour notice if you are arriving in a large RV. Overnight RV parking or camping is not permitted at the festival location. Please see our website for a list of area campgrounds.
We have partnered with Brew Ridge Tours this year and Josh Pratt will be shuttling from Downtown Lynchburg to Rebec Vineyards. Please see information below.
Shuttle is $25/person
Saturday and Sunday @ Holiday Inn Downtown Lynchburg
Departs: 9:30am, 11:00am
Returns: 3:00pm, 4:15pm, 5:30pm

What can/can't I bring to the event?
You may not bring any outside food or drink - baby bottles/food are the only exception! All bags wlill be inspected at the gate. Also, no high-backed/canopied chairs. Also, NO PETS - both for their safety and that of the attendees.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, but you don't have to. The name on the ticket is the pruchaser, not the attendee. Take a look at Transfer tickets to someone else
Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, unless you have Eventbite app or another app to store the ticket: http://www.eventbrite.com/eventbriteapp/
If the dog eats your ticket, we can look you up by name, so bring an ID!
What is the refund policy?
No Refunds
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
It's perfectly fine - the name on the ticket is ther purchaser, not the attendee. See Is my registration/ticket transferrable? above.
