I registered but didn't receive the Zoom link. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it within 8 hours of the event, contact us at aapcsjpr@gmail.com to verify your registration.

Can I register multiple people under one email?

Accepted Answer

Each participant must register individually using their own name and email to receive CEU credit.

Question 3

How do I make sure I get my CEUs?

Accepted Answer

You must (1) register using your full name as it appears in your AAPC profile, and (2) attend at least 50% of the session. CEUs will be validated based on Zoom attendance reports.

Question 4

Can non-members receive CEUs?

Accepted Answer

Only active AAPC members are eligible to receive CEUs. Non-members can still attend for professional development and receive a digital certificate of participation.

Question 5

Are fees refundable if I can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

No. As stated in the event terms, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Will the session be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. These are live-only events. No recordings will be available.

What if I lose connection during the session?

Accepted Answer

We encourage joining 10 minutes early and ensuring a stable internet connection. If you reconnect and still attend at least 50% of the session, you will remain eligible for CEUs.

Will I receive the presentation slides?

Accepted Answer

Slide sharing is at the discretion of the speaker. If available, they will be shared via email after the session.
