DPH sponsors a series of cohorts annually, facilitated by DHR. These dates are exclusively for DPH staff who manage or supervise one or more direct reports. The topics include: Self-Managing, Setting Expectations, Appraising & Coaching, and Managing Your Authority.

Prework is due the week before and attendance at all four weekly meetings for your cohort is mandatory.

Sign up for only one cohort. Multiple registrations will result in all being voided.

Requirements

You must be a current manager/supervisor at SFDPH with at least one direct report.
You’ve never attended 24*Plus, or attended over five years ago.
Completion of all 33 hours of cohort sessions and prework assignments are mandatory.
Your must obtain your supervisor's approval to attend before you enroll.
Your supervisor must provide uninterrupted paid work time for you to participate.

Do not register for 24*PLUS on the DHR website. DPH program dates are entirely separate from DHR cohorts.

Cohorts fill quickly, so please register promptly and hold the dates on your calendar. We will email you to confirm your enrollment.

This event is created and hosted by the DPH HR Learning and Organizational Development team for current DPH employees and contractors. For virtual workshops, attendees will be emailed 24- 48 hours ahead of the event via their sfdph email address with the link to the workshop. Please add the date to your calendar after registering and await the email link.

Minimum Attendance: For virtual trainings, a minimum of 5 attendees are required, please RSVP by responding to the email invitation so the organizers have an accurate attendee list. Events with fewer than five attendees will be postponed.
