This FREE luncheon is more than a tradition—it’s a movement. Each year, over 550 service providers & leaders from across the country gather in Mississippi to celebrate community, connection, and compassion. From first responders and counselors to pastors, teachers, and advocates, this powerful event honors the everyday heroes who uplift lives in every corner of our nation.
We believe that local leadership and vulnerability have the power to change lives. By recognizing those within our own circles, we remind our communities that impact starts at home—and that together, we can build something lasting. Awards are given during the luncheon.
Support the Toy Drive In the spirit of giving, the luncheon also powers our Annual Toy Drive, bringing joy to hundreds of children—many from first responder families or organizations facing hardship. Last year, thanks to your generosity, we delivered hope to over 750 children. This year, we aim even higher.
