About this event

WHAT IS THE 22-DAY BALANCE CHALLENGE?

By applying the B.A.L.A.N.C.E principles in my book, Inner Being in Balance, every day for 22 days in a row, you will be practicing: Believing in yourself, Allowing yourself to receive, Learning new ways to improve your life, Affirming the positive mindset to create the work and life you love, Nurturing your body, mind, and soul, Celebrating moments of achievements and then Expanding your focus by using visualization techniques.

You will create the habits that will help you to manifest the life and work you love, plus become more in balance with your most authentic self. This technique along with a 22-day tracker will help form the habits you need to become as successful as you want to be, without all the stress. 2023 can be your best year yet!
