Event Details:

Minority and Woman-Owned firms will have dedicated, meaningful face time with each of the current Construction Management teams in the hopes of making a subcontracting match. The CMs and their assigned schools are as follows:

Event Format:

Attendees will be given the opportunity to meet with all 4 CM teams.
The sessions will last 5-8 minutes (depending on registration numbers), and a timer will signal the conclusion of each session.
Event capacity and duration will also be dependent on registration numbers.

Ground Rules:

Only two (2) representatives per firm are allowed to register for and attend this event. Both firm representatives may only meet together with one representative from each CM team, for a total of 4 sessions. Firm representatives may not "divide and conquer." Please note that we will only provide ONE parking space per firm. Please carpool or use another location to park.
The event will be broken down into 2-3 separate time periods, and each firm will be assigned a specific registration timeframe for check in and instructions - please provide a valid email address for reliable communication of your assigned timeframe and other pertinent event details.
The sessions will last 5-8 minutes each, when the timer goes off, you must rotate. Please be mindful of everyone's time.
There will be networking, exhibits, a looping informational presentation and light refreshments.
Please bring business cards and copies of your firm's Capabilities Statement.
Space is limited and registration is on a first come, first serve basis.If you are late, and miss your assigned registration period, you may miss your sessions if the event is at full capacity.
If the event is at full capacity, walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated.
