Overview

WFED/OD&C Webinar Series / Fall 2025

Overview:

With so many things changing and some of our historic outcomes not helping us build a strong professional field, today’s changed world is the best time for us to come back and show the world that we can offer the best approaches in organization changes and transformations. The core essences of OD are what make OD better than other approaches, and they simplify how we need to use OD when designing and executing change processes. Our world is more complex than ever before, and how we work with people in systems can make a huge difference in outcomes. I’ve been using my last chapter to focus more on these areas and hope to influence the next generation.

Objective:

Learn how we have faced issues keeping OD from making a strong professional field. Learn about all the changes creating the new world differences we are in, what I think now are the core essences of OD that we need to carry forward, and, simply, how we need to change how we do change!

Outline:

  • Our Changed Environment and Work World
  • Issues that have Faced the Field of OD
  • Core Essences of OD & Simplifing How We Design and Execute Change
  • Questions and Comments

Target Audience:

All people who care about organization changes in our new era.
