Does the conference cost anything to attend?

Thanks to the generous sponsors, there is no fee to attend the conference. However, conference participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements and associated costs.

Is financial assistance available for hotel rooms?

We cannot guarantee that enough funding will be available to assist with hotel rooms, attendees may request financial assistance when registering. We want to help all we can should funds become available.
